Still Not Getting Texts on Google Voice? This Helped Me
A lot of people seem to be having the same issue lately — Google Voice stops receiving text messages for no clear reason. I ran into this too, and after testing a bunch of things, I figured out it’s usually one of a few simple problems.
Sometimes it's just a setting you forgot to check. Other times, the message never shows up because the person who sent it used iMessage or RCS instead of regular SMS. Another one that surprised me? My VPN was the problem — it wasn’t letting Google Voice work properly because it didn’t support the right connection type (UDP).
